Quick Change Die Cart – Wheeled cart that easily receives and stores tooling. Ideal for heavy and large multi-cavity tools that are expensive and awkward to handle. No need for special cranes, frames, hoists, etc. This improves operator safety as well as the overall production speed of the die cutting press.
Features of the SCHWABE Straight Ram (SR) Beam Die Cutting Press
- The Schwabe Straight Ram Beam Press delivers the full tonnage of the press throughout the full stroke of the moving platen unlike other press designs.
- From 30″ – 144″ Depth x Width (others available upon request).
- Tonnage capacity is up to 2,500 and is designed with standard sizes or can be tailored to your specific application requirements. Full tonnage over the entire stroke of the platen.
- The bed height can be lower than pull down or base linkage presses since the bed’s only function is to provide a flat stiff structure. Ergonomic standard working height at 36” (others available upon request).
