This new Dual Heated Platen Compression Press was custom built for our client who is a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions.
Press Construction
Four post guided hydraulic beam press with two-cylinder hydraulic system – up acting. Press working height is approximately 36”.

Controls
Panel Control
Allen Bradley PLC and touch screen operator interface (HMI) controls (menu driven). Includes various production/maintenance reports (screens) menu driven as well as computerized diagnostics with Ethernet capability for online diagnostics/trouble-shooting. HMI to be mounted directly to the electrical enclosure.
