Imported Die Presses

Freeman Schwabe® has partnered with several “best in class” die cutting machine manufacturers from Italy, Hungary and Taiwan, each fulfilling a unique need and product offering. The models include a traveling head press, an envelope die cutting press, receding beam press, full head beam press and a roller press. Tonnage range from 25 to 150 metric tons and each type of press includes a wide variety of widths, depths and cutting stroke for your die cutting application.

The press includes a touch screen, LED light spotlights for operator visibility, storage holders which are incorporated in the shoulder of the press and includes photocell/light curtain protection. Includes drawers for ties integrated into the structure of the press and with the precise movement of the traveling head to a repeatable location, the consumption of the cutting board is reduced greatly.
