The ARES electric power table die cutting press is 30 metric tons, operating without hydraulic oil, gasket, pump, motor or flywheel. As the ARES electric power table die cutting press does not use hydraulics for its power source, there is no risk of part or material contamination during the die cutting process, making this die cutting press ideal for clean room™ environments, medical applications, or any other manufacturing environment where hydraulic fluids are not desirable.
The ARES electric power table die cutting press requires minimal press maintenance due to the design and technology; the only maintenance is greasing the center carriage. This electric power table die cutting press features remote control and remote assistance. The ARES Model E22G is a green die cutting production system that respects the environment with low CO2 emission, and the energy consumption of the die cutting press 80% less than a traditional hydraulic die cutting press. This die cutting press also has a low noise impact, operating at 0 decibels.

The ARES electric traveling head press is 30 metric tons without hydraulic oil, gasket, pump, motor or flywheel. Minimal maintenance required due to the press design and technology; the only maintenance is greasing the center carriage. The energy consumption of the E21G is 75% less than a traditional hydraulic press. The press operates at 0 decibels.
The press includes a touch screen, LED light spotlights for operator visibility, storage holders which are incorporated in the shoulder of the press and includes photocell/light curtain protection. Includes drawers for dies integrated into the structure of the press and with the precise movement of the traveling head to a repeatable location, the wear of the cutting board is reduced greatly. Includes rear protection guarding with gas spring guards that open easily and efficiently. Optional items that can be added include a roll frame stand as well as a pinch roll feed system with automatic opening.
