Full Range of Industrial Die Cutting Machines and Die Cut Solutions
Receding Head / Beam Cutting Press - Key FeaturesMaterial to be cut is mounted on a stationary table that securely holds the material in place, avoiding any shifting problems.
Special rack and pinion head-speed control system allows quick head receding speed and adjustable receding distance to produce cycle times ranging from 3 to 4 seconds per die cut. Available as an option on the RH Series is the CE Compliance Type 4 Command Photocell, which features an operator detection and machine control function. The RH Series extremely rigid construction with mechanical balancing keeps the head and bed parallel during the cutting stroke. Provides maximum speed on the down stroke and accurate control of the die cutting position. |

Beam Die Cutting Press - Key Features
Kiss Cutter - Industrial Die Cutting Press FeaturesFreeman Schwabe High Speed or Kiss Cutting Presses, (Model HS Series) represent the latest technology and innovation to meet all production demands and budgets.
They are simple to operate featuring Allen Bradley PLC controls (Siemens also available) complete with Ethernet connectivity and web camera for remote communication. CNC - Die Cutting MachineNesting Software Automatic CNC 3-Axis Traveling Head Press
a) The Automatic CNC 3-Axis Traveling Head Press nesting controls program allows you to operate the software directly at the machine press, without the need of additional computer (or the need to purchase any additional nesting software or digitizers) b) The new Automatic CNC 3-Axis Traveling Head Press nesting program enables up to 4 Dies to be set up, and nested inside each other c) The new & improved Automatic CNC 3-Axis Traveling Head Press nesting software provides optimal cut pattern and material yield Traveling Head - Die Cutting PressThe Traveling Head TH Series is designed using a hydraulic cylinder to control both the up and down movement of the head, providing more accurate control of the cutting stroke.
A double-chain drive mechanism is used to guide the traveling head ensuring smooth and even movement, reducing wear on the guide rails and surrounding machine parts. |
