  • The 3-axis servomotor positioning system makes the EA-25 well suited for cutting both non-printed and pre-printed envelope blanks.
  • The X and Y-axis are controlled by a ball screw to ensure accurate positioning of the cutting head.

  • 4-post, centrally adjusted, synchronized mechanical stops ensure accurate cutting depth positions, increasing the life of the cutting die and cutting pad while improving the quality of the cut parts.
  • Die height display panel illustrates the position of the mechanical stops with an accuracy of .004", making die changes easier by recording the cut positions of each die thereby avoiding overcutting mistakes.
  • 9 sets of oil seals in the main hydraulic cylinder eliminate the possibility of oil leaks.
