Freeman Schwabe is proud to be the exclusive stocking distributor of Frisylen cutting boards in the USA. We stock some standard sizes, but are happy to cut your custom size from our master sheets. Stress relieved, and extruded products are available in Frisylen White Polypropylene (Jn480), Nylon (NL), and Grey Polypropylene (TS500), and Red Polypropylene (BNL). All of these products can be used mounted to wood fillers or unmounted.
Cutting Board Resurfacing
Freeman Schwabe can resurface your cutting boards and wooden cutting blocks up to 48 inches wide.Our turnaround is usually within one to two days.We also offer services to remove thin cutting pads from the wooden blocks and attach new Frisylen cutting boards for a like new condition.

Cutting Plates
Freeman Schwabe has many presses that cut steel against steel. The steel plates do need replacing at some time and we can supply them. We supply steel plates for the Freeman Schwabe Machine, along with Herman Schwabe Presses, Schon, Bruno, and Atom presses. The finest super alloy steel is used for all plates. The Plates are heat-treated to precise hardness up to 52 HRc for optimum toughness strength and wear resistance. The cutting plates are ground and polished to produce the ultimate in parallelism and flatness.
