"Freeman Schwabe service and parts are never a problem, but very little ever goes wrong.  If something does, and eventually it will, their service people are outstanding. 

Freeman Schwabe support come, figure out the problem and fix it, no wasted time.

Further, in the past,  I  made the mistake of   buying  what I thought was a very similar machine offshore. 

Nothing but problems, nobody to service it and  no parts readily available. 

You get what you pay for !"
